Welcome, my name is Daisy Vargas owner of the Body Centre in Upland.  This location was opened in May 2003 with the help and support of my family. We have been blessed with building success of our returning clientele. Our spa does not have all the amenities big known spas have, but our prices are very reasonable, our services are professional and our atmosphere is friendly, relaxing and cozy. All our practioners are licensed and certified. Most of our clients are known on first name bases and have been seeing us since we first opened our doors. Thanks, you are very important to us, you are what keeps us in business. Our goal is to continue providing our old and new clients with great professional services so that you can continue referring us to your friends and families.

Was there for mothers day, and they were packed!! but i still got a great massage for only $45, you cant beat that. I wouild definatley recommend this place. its not fancy or big, but i really enjoyed the place and my massage.... Would you visit again? Yes

I used to go to another spa down the street, but they are out of business. Saw the reviews and decided to try this place, out. I must say their prices are awesome but most important their massages are soo relaxing. I've had massages from regina and camille, so i recommend them both :)
I have been going to The Body Centre since they opened! I have never had a problem and I would never go anywhere elce for a full body massage. Everyone is very professional and trained well! Kelly M.  Would you visit again? Yes

Got a spa finder gift card last Xmas and decided to try last Feb. I was lucky enough to get Clara as my masseuse. I have been getting massages for 30 years, some in hi end resorts, fitness centers and many day spas. I put Clara in my top 3. She has magic hands and does a lot of special things most don't like hot packs under the neck, hot oils etc. I have a standing appointment now once a month with her. She doesn't work every day so call in advance and if you can plan your massage on a day she works, you won't be sorry. The Day Spa itself is clean and the people nice and the prices very reasonable. Would you visit again? Yes

Me and my daughter had a girls day out, and we got their $100 special massage and facial, and i must say it was really nice. Thanks Body Center for making our day so special... :)  Would you visit again? Yes
Rosa gives GREAT deep tissue massages, both my husband and I go to her and she does a wonderful job everytime. I think they should remodel the waiting room, and chairs aren't comfortable, but you don't wait long and Rosa makes it worth the wait! With Rosa you won't regret it!!  Would you visit again? Services
Our Services are non-refundable. 
We strongly encourage that you communicate with your therapist, as to whether the pressure is not strong enough or too strong, we want to make sure that you truly enjoy your service.  If within the first 10 mins. of your service, you communicated with your therapist, and you are still unsatisfied, please let your therapist know, so your service can be terminated immediately, and you will not be liable to pay for those 10 mins. of service.  If the service is not terminated within those 10 minutes, and the therapist concludes her/his service,
you will be liable to pay the full price of the service rendered.

Appointments
When you schedule an appointment with us, it is a commitment you are making and you are reserving our time. "No-shows" or last minute cancellations leave our therapists with empty appointment times, and guests that can not get in. We truly appreciate your cooperation and request a 24-hour notice.

Check In
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and for you to fully benefit from your visit. If you are late, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of time of your service. As a courtesy to our other guests, cell phones and pagers must be turned off at all times during your visit with us.

Gift Cards
Our Gift Cards are available in any denomination. A perfect gift for someone special. Our Gift Cards do not expire. Design your own spa package, or choose one from our spa packages. You may also buy a gift card for our monthly specials. You can purchase over the phone and we can mail it to the person you are buying it for. The gift card are to be treated as cash and are not-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen, or at another Body Centre.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for the first two years, after that every month the gift certificate
will depreciate its value by $2.00 a month.
